Updates
The Container Store has added add two new items to the Avera product selection and one new element to the Elfa product selection.

These items are now available in the TCS Design Tool and are available for customers to include in their custom closet. It is imperative that you read through each installation guide so that you understand how to install these items correctly.

Inspired Call Summary - 10.06.2020
Welcome to October and we are excited to kick off a new month and a new Inspired Call theme. With the cooler temps and shorter days, there is no denying Fall is here. In this month's calls, we will take the opportunity to learn more about what it means to be a part of Penmarc. We will meet a few employees throughout the company from the field and the office, talk about Penmarc engagement and share in the recognition of our teams across the country. Finally, we will have some more great conversation on how we are embodying our Core Values as they are the heartbeat of our organization.
The TCS Shelving promotion ends on October 17th. As we approach these next 3-5 weeks if you are interested in growing your availability to take advantage of the influx of work and pick up some more jobs, reach out to the coordinators today. Our coordinating team is working hard to keep you busy and giving you as much work like the volume and your schedule allows.

Penmarc Charitable Work. Last month a RISE initiative came to fruition with the donation and installation of a shelving system to support the great work at The Methodist House for Girls. Our coordinator Mel L. and installer Brian Q. were on-site to bring this vision to reality. Great work for a great cause! Over the next 2 weeks, we will be completing a donation closet for Campbell University’s Career Center.
This continues a mutually beneficial partnership with Campbell University and Penmarc that has been ongoing and rewarding for all parties involved. Stay tuned to pictures of the completed space.

COVID Reminders:
As a reminder Masks are still required on every job, we are also still limiting the number of installers scheduled on jobs- no more than 2 total people in a customer’s home unless otherwise approved due to the number of spaces, etc.
Installers must follow all COVID guidelines when working- maintain when possible proper social distancing, make sure to check the comments to the installer section in Cruxos for additional customer requests such as booties, gloves, etc.
Installer Specific:
If you are on a job and we can not complete the entire scope of work you must call into TCS services asap! Sometimes a customer will change their mind and decide to omit a wall or forgo a hall closet. When we fail to call this in the billing team needs to research what happened. This leads to more emails to the installer, delayed invoicing to TCS, and delayed payment to the installer! A simple phone call to TCS can correct the work order and keep everything flowing for all parties involved.
We’ve seen a small rise in installers not having the tools needed to conduct installs and service orders. Review the Tool List for TCS systems (Elfa, Avera, and Laren) and ensure you have all of the required tools. If you do not have access to the Tool List, reach out to your Market Manager.
Cruxos Specific:
When working with multiple spaces, ensure your photos for each space match the space name. This includes Pre-demo/Pre-installation photos.
As a reminder when taking photos in Cruxos it is best to take them from your camera and upload them into the App. This will ensure the photos are uploaded properly- please make sure that you are uploading the correct photo for the correct space task.
